Book cottage directly
Do you prefer to book the cottage directly with us? That's also possible! Please send us an email with all the information (name, contact details, desired dates of your stay in the cottage, how many persons). After we have received your email, you will hear from us soon.
If you book the cottage directly with us, we assume that you agree with our house rules (see below) and the Cancellation Policy.
House rules cottage Sjö och träd
To keep the cottage a great place to stay for everyone, we apply the following rules:
smoking is prohibited in the cottage and on the entire property;
pets are not allowed in the cottage;
no shoes are worn in the cottage, these are taken off on the mat at the front door or exchanged for slippers;
we do not charge a cleaning fee, but we expect that guests leave the cottage as they found it upon arrival;
for direct bookings, a security deposit of 2000 SEK must be paid before arrival, which will be refunded after check-out if the cottage is left in the same condition as it was on arrival;
normal household use of electricity is included, extra electricity costs will be charged if there is a noticeable increase in consumption;
check-in is possible from 3 p.m.;
check out is possible until 10:00 at the latest;
earlier check-in or later check-out in consultation.
