When you book a holiday, you count down the days until the holiday starts! We also look forward to welcoming you as a guest. Unfortunately, things sometimes don't go as planned and you have to cancel the booked stay. On this page you can read our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy cottage
You have booked a stay at Sjö och träd, but you want to cancel the booking. Depending on the number of days between the cancellation and the arrival date of the booked stay, we charge the following cancellation costs:
if you cancel 30 days or more before the booked arrival date, you will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid;
if you cancel between 14 and 29 days before the booked arrival date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid;
if you cancel between 7 and 13 days before the booked arrival date, you will receive a refund of 25% of the total amount paid;
If you cancel within 7 days before the booked arrival date, you will unfortunately not receive a refund of the total amount paid.

In the unlikely event that we, as the landlord, have to cancel the stay you booked in our cottage, you will of course receive 100% of the total amount paid back from us.
The amount to be refunded in case of cancellation will be transferred to you within 7 working days after cancellation.
Of course we hope that cancellation is not necessary and that you can enjoy a wonderful holiday in Acksjön!
