What does an overnight stay cost?
An overnight stay in the cottage Sjö och träd costs 1190 SEK per night. This rate applies to an overnight stay in the house, regardless of the number of people staying in the cottage (maximum of 2 persons).
Discount on staying in the cottage
Are you staying at least one week in the cottage? Then you get a 10% discount on the overnight rate.
A fixed discount rate applies to family and friends. Would you like to stay in our cottage? Please contact us for the adjusted overnight rate.
Long-term stay in the cottage
Would you like to stay longer than 3 weeks in our cottage? That is possible!
We use special rates for long-term stays, so that the costs for the stay remain interesting. Do you want to know more? Contact us for more information!
What is included?
There are no additional costs when staying in the cottage Sjö och träd. You get access to:
a cozy living room with a sitting area and a dining area;
an equipped kitchen;
a bedroom with a double bed, with bedding (including bed linen);
a bathroom consisting of a toilet, sink and shower, including use of towels, shampoo and soap;
a work room with a desk, desk chair and a big closet;
a south-facing terrace with garden furniture.
Also included are:
use of Wi-Fi;
water and electricity;
final cleaning.
Baby bed available
On request we can place a baby cot, baby chair and baby bath in the cottage free of charge. So even the youngest children can enjoy a wonderful holiday at Sjö och träd!
Rent a canoe (extra costs)
During your stay in our cottage you can, if desired, rent a canoe or SUP. The costs for this are 400 SEK per day. The rental company is Naturnara, who has canoes at the harbour of the lake Acksjön.
House rules Sjö och träd
To keep the cottage a great place to stay for everyone, we apply the following rules:
smoking is prohibited in the cottage and on the entire property;
pets are not allowed in the cottage;
no shoes are worn in the cottage, these are taken off on the mat at the front door or exchanged for slippers;
we do not charge a cleaning fee, but we expect that guests leave the cottage as they found it upon arrival;
for direct bookings, a security deposit of 2000 SEK must be paid before arrival, which will be refunded after check-out if the cottage is left in the same condition as it was on arrival;
normal household use of electricity is included, extra electricity costs will be charged if there is a noticeable increase in consumption;
check-in is possible from 3 p.m.;
check out is possible until 10:00 at the latest;
earlier check-in or later check-out in consultation.
